A Unique Stay
The Hermitage Farmstay features hand laid sandstone walls, exposed spotted gum beams and architraves, top of the range Italian furniture and only the best amenities – complete with heated floors and smart bathrooms throughout all the buildings. A working farm, this unique stay presents an opportunity for our guests to make the farm their own; from watching our thoroughbreds work on the track in the mornings, to playing fetch with the farm dog, or going fishing at the lake.
Built into the hillside, breath taking views of the valley ensure any stress that has followed will be carried away on the gentle country breeze; leaving you reinvigorated and refreshed. Commissioned local artwork can be explored throughout the Farmstay and pay homage to our Aboriginal history. Gather your family and friends around the fire pit, cook on the barbecue, and explore the 250 acres we call home.

Pods
Self-contained, partially underground, circular “pods” with separate ensuite with a bath and shower, featuring his and her basins and a walk-in robe with dressing table. Each pod also has a work station and complimentary minibar. Two pods available with king beds, and one with two king singles.
$1,000 per night.
Games Pavilion
Self-contained building with two separate bathrooms with showers, four king single beds (back to back), featuring a games room with a glass top pool table, karaoke machine and snacks cupboard. Perfect for a group of four.

Entertainment Pavilion
The entertainment pavilion is the perfect place for you to unwind, and relax. Boasting a gourmet kitchen with the latest appliances, a large lounge area, a centre table that can comfortably seat up to 16 people, and a beautiful balcony (with barbecue) overlooking patio and firepit.
If a more formal setting is required, our commercial grade kitchen beneath the facility can be used to cook up a storm while wait staff tend to your every need. Exclusive wines are available for purchase.
